Ragin Cajun Asian Yakisoba Noodles

What you’ll need: 3-Pack Family Meal Yakisoba


Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain.

  1. In a “HOT” cast iron skillet sauté, garlic, shallots, ginger, lemon grass, serrano chiles and chicken in sesame oil. Season with 1 Tbsp.
    Cajun seasoning. Cook 2 – 3 minutes.
  2. Add shrimp and Andouille sausage. Continue to cook until shrimp is pink.
  3. Add peppers and onions. Season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
  4. Add teriyaki sauce. Toss with cilantro and hot noodles.
  5. Arrange noodles in bowl.
  6. Top with sesame seeds.
7 oz.Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles ~ 2 cups.
2 Tbsp.Serrano Chiles, minced.

1/2 cupMaui Onion, 1″ diced.

2 Tbsp.Shallots, minced.
2 Tbsp.Cajun Seasoning.
4 ea.Shrimp, 16-20 count, peeled and deveined.
1 cupBell Peppers, colorful, 1″ diced.
4 oz.Teriyaki Sauce.
1/2 tsp.Sesame Seeds, black and white.
