INSTRUCTIONS
Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain.
- In a “HOT” cast iron skillet sauté, garlic, shallots, ginger, lemon grass, serrano chiles and chicken in sesame oil. Season with 1 Tbsp.
Cajun seasoning. Cook 2 – 3 minutes. - Add shrimp and Andouille sausage. Continue to cook until shrimp is pink.
- Add peppers and onions. Season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
- Add teriyaki sauce. Toss with cilantro and hot noodles.
- Arrange noodles in bowl.
- Top with sesame seeds.
