Ragin Cajun Asian Yakisoba Noodles

Yakisoba

INGREDIENTS
7 oz.
Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles ~ 2 cups.
2 Tbsp.
Serrano Chiles, minced.
2 Tbsp.
Ginger, minced.
2 Tbsp.
Lemon Grass, minced.
4 oz.
Chicken, 1″ diced.
4 oz.
Andouille Sausage, sliced 1/2″ thick.
1/2 cup
Maui Onion, 1″ diced.
1/2 cup
Cilantro, leaves.
2 Tbsp.
Sesame Oil.
2 Tbsp.
Garlic, minced.
2 Tbsp.
Shallots, minced.
2 Tbsp.
Cajun Seasoning.
4 ea.
Shrimp, 16-20 count, peeled and deveined.
1 cup
Bell Peppers, colorful, 1″ diced.
4 oz.
Teriyaki Sauce.
1/2 tsp.
Sesame Seeds, black and white.
Instructions :
  1. Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain.
  2. In a “HOT” cast iron skillet sauté, garlic, shallots, ginger, lemon grass, serrano chiles and chicken in sesame oil. Season with 1 Tbsp.
    Cajun seasoning. Cook 2 – 3 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and Andouille sausage. Continue to cook until shrimp is pink.
  4. Add peppers and onions. Season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes.
  5. Add teriyaki sauce. Toss with cilantro and hot noodles.
  6. Arrange noodles in bowl.
  7. Top with sesame seeds.
