Chilled Vegetables & Udon Noodles in Sriracha Nut Vinaigrette

12  oz. Fortune Udon Noodles (any flavor)
1   Diced cucumber
1/2   Red pepper, thin julienne
1  lbs. Broccolini, lightly blanched
1/4  cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4  cup Fresh basil, chopped
3  oz. Frank's® Red Hot® Sriracha Chili Sauce
3  oz. Canola oil
3  oz. Honey
3   oz. Pistachios, toasted, finely chopped
1/4  cup Fresh lime juice
2  Tbsp. Black sesame seeds


1) Loosen noodles in colander under hot water.
2) In small bowl, mix Sriracha Chili Sauce, oil, honey, lime juice and pistachios.
3) In large serving bowl, mix vegetables, add dressing, herbs, sesame seeds and noodles.
