Udon Noodle Macaroni & Cheese

2  Packages Udon Noodles Original
8  oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2  cup Whole milk


1) Remove noodles from inner bag and cut in half to reduce length.
2) Blanch noodles in boiling water for 1½-2½ minutes or until noodles start to separate.
3) Drain noodles completely and keep warm.
4) Microwave Velveeta Cheese in large bowl on HIGH for 3 ½ - 4 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in milk completely.
5) Make sure noodles are dry before blending with cheese sauce. Add noodles to Velveeta sauce and stir evenly to coat noodles. Serve immediately.
