1  package Fortune Brown Rice
1  Tbsp. Vegetable or Sesame Oil
1/4  cup Bacon, diced small
2  Tbsp. Carrot, diced small
2  Tbsp. Onion, diced small
2  Tbsp. Celery, diced small
1  Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1  tsp. Garlic, minced


1) Loosen Brown Rice by placing punctured inner bag of noodles in microwave for 1 minute.
2) Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in pan or wok on medium heat.
3) Brown bacon in pan.
4) Add garlic and vegetables. Stir-fry for an additional minute, keeping vegetables crispy.
5) Add brown rice and parsley.
6) Continue to mix for another 1 to 2 minutes.
7) Serve immediately.
