6   Twin Dragon Egg Roll Wrappers
1  cup Chicken, cooked, coarsely shredded
2  oz. Cream Cheese, warmed
1/2  tsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2  Tbsp. Green Onion, minced
1/4  tsp. Curry Powder
1/4  tsp. Salt
  Vegetable Oil for frying


1) Mix chicken and cream cheese with lemon, onion, curry and salt. Chill.
2) Place 1 Tbsp. of curried chicken in a ½” by 5” line in the center of the wrap. Roll a tight cylinder, then twist and pinch both ends to form a 6” by ½” roll.
3) Fry in 350 degrees F oil for 1½ minutes turning in oil to cook evenly. Serve hot.
4) BAKE OPTION: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a cookie sheet and brush Firecrackers with olive oil. Bake for 6 - 8 minutes until golden brown.
