60   Twin Dragon Won Ton Wrappers
1 1/2  tsp. Olive Oil
1/4  cup Onion, minced
1   Garlic Clove, minced
1/2  lb. Ground Beef, lean
3/4  tsp. Italian Herbs
1/4  tsp. Salt
1/2  cup Marinara Sauce
1/4  cup Parmeasan Cheese, grated
  Marinara and Alfredo Sauces, as needed
  Shredded Parmesan, Basil Leaves and Toasted Pine Nuts, garnish


1) Sautee onion and garlic in oil. Add beef, herbs and salt and brown lightly. Add marinara and parmesan, chill.
2) Place 1 tsp of mixture in center of Won Ton wrapper, moisten all 4 edges with water. Fold wrapper in half to form triangle. Seal edges with a pinch. Bring outer edges together, moisten with water, and pinch to seal. Chill.
3) Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add 7 ravioli per serving to pot. Stir when it comes back to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
4) Serve over hot marinara and Alfredo sauces.
5) Garnish with parmesan, thin sliced basil leaves and toasted pine nuts.
