1  package Fortune Fried Rice
1/4  lb. Chicken, thinly sliced
1/4  lb. Shrimp
1/4  lb. Andouille Sausage, thinly sliced
1/4  cup Bean Sprouts
1  cup Bell Peppers, diced
1/4  cup Sweet Onion, diced
1/4  cup Green Onion, chopped
1  Tbsp. Garlic, minced
2  tsp. Cajun Spice
2  Tbsp. Vegetable Oil


1) Loosen rice by placing punctured inner bag of noodles in microwave for 1 minute.
2) Heat 1 tbsp. Of oil in pan or wok on medium heat.
3) Stir fry chicken, shrimp and sausage for 1 minute.
4) Add garlic, onions and peppers. Stir fry for an additional minute, keeping vegetables crispy.
5) Add loosened rice. Continue to mix for another 1 to 2 minutes.
6) Season to taste with Cajun spice.
7) Serve immediately.
