For three generations, JSL Foods has been dedicated to Food Safety Leadership through the highest standards of product quality and food safety. This assures our customers of superior tasting products and food safe products.

We continually strive to improve our initiatives underscoring our commitment to food safety. We have strong training programs, bio-terrorist and security programs, in-house Quality Control laboratory, HAACP and GNP programs. These programs include product safety standards for every product and a traceability program down to the ingredient level adding extraordinary levels of safety on each product we make.

To support our Food Safety commitment, we maintain separate Quality Assurance and Quality Control Departments.  We have consistently earned the company "Excellent" rating scores from independent third party audits (Cook & Thurber, Siliker).  We will be SQF II compliant in 2013.

Food Safety is first and foremost in every product manufactured.
